Very unprofessional
I booked my appointment with this lady 2 months ahead of time, and I called her twice before to confirm the appointment was still on and I got no answer. So I assumed she was busy so I drove 45 minutes to this location and I walk into the salon and say hi I'm here for my nail appointment. One of the ladies comes over and says "Oh she's on holidays....your the 3rd person today that has come in for an appointment." How RUDE is that?! If you want to take holidays you call your clients and reschedule them!! Most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. And she wouldn't answer the phone when the salon tried calling her either. Yet she had answered when the salon phoned for the one of other people that were supposed to have an appointment the same day. I got this deal through Groupon and have contacted them for a refund, I will never go back to this lady. If she can't respect her clients enough to make a simple phone call then why would I give her business? I see that Groupon has posted another deal for this lady but I would strongly advise going to a different salon one that has respect for their potential clients!
