Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy.

Doug came the day after he was called and repaired the dishwasher drain. Used him years ago and was very good then too. He phoned a half hour before arriving, as requested. Very friendly and capable repair man. 2018.10.25

If I could give a zero star rating I would, haven't heard back from them since they were at my house a year ago and now they tell the manufacturer they have no recollection of being here....do not waste your time!! Cannot get a hold of them they never answer the phone or return messages.

Called and left 2...

Called and left 2 messages looking for a part for broken washing machine, they never bother returning calls. Save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else. Unprofessional and unreliable.

spoke with someone about air conditioner servicing. I was Told the technician would get back to me. 3 days gone by no return call.

hmm not sure if this business is reliable

We got an extended warranty on appliances, and these guys came out looked at the appliance and said they will get back 2 MONTHS AGO. Now, I am trying to get a hold of these guys and no one answers the phone and the mail box is full. We are not happy!!!
