Received a gift card for Mint Spa at Christmas and I am glad I did! The Mini Retreat was so relaxing. I highly recommend!

Rude Ownership and employees..

I've been there twice. Once I waited 45 minutes to be told my receptionist that the hair stylist wasn't coming in that day. Another time I made an appointment for a massage and pedicure. I had the pedicure and was told that the therapist had over booked and didn't have time to complete what was booked. The owner was extremely rude and the employees are rude and have an attitude that the customer is always wrong. I've talked to other people who went there and was introduced to the same attitud.

Negative customer service

I waited 20 after my apt time and was never told they were running late, when I emailed the mananger, I received a response stating that I was lieing and that they shouldnt tell me when they are running late. Not to mention the first time I went I didnt get what was written in their pamplet. Very not impressed with the overall expereince, not to mention the rudeness from the manager.
