I have used the services of Taylor Lauren Designs a number of times for window coverings as well as custom bedding and accessories. I received professional service and timely delivery of goods. The quality and workmanship couldn't be better. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
I have used Taylor Lauren Design many times over the past 30 years for many types of window coverings and uphosltery needs. I have always found Nancy to be very professional. She has a knack of understanding what I want and understands my vision clearly in a timely and cost efficent manner. Would recommend this company to anyone personally or professionally for window coverings.
I have kept going back and using Taylor Lauren Design over the years because I have always received such wonderful service and the pricing is better than competitors. I have had two homes with tricky window situations and they have been able to make the perfect recommendations and I was very happy with the quality and speed with the end result.
We've got several sets of Taylor Lauren Design blinds installed in our house and, if we need more, we would never think of going with anyone else. Nancy is always a pleasure to deal with - she provides quick estimates and provides advice as to colours, materials etc. Last week we decided to install a new set in one bedroom and move the existing Taylor Lauren Design blinds into our study bedroom. Scott and his partner quickly installed the blinds yesterday - great job! :)
This company was contracted to install blinds in my house. During the install they tried to move my rolling tool cabinet, instead of asking me (I was home). They must not have realized you can't drag fixed wheels sideways and they dumped it and my tools across the concrete floor. When trying to deal with the damage they are of the opinion that it's my fault the damage occurred. All I can say is buyer beware. I'd never recommend them.

The tool chest was accidentally tipped over which was acknowledged by my installers. The occupant of the house mentioned there was some damage but did not pursue the claim until almost 10 months later demanding a new tool chest rather than have his older, discontinued model (as confirmed by Sears) fixed. He was eventually given a cheque for $440.00. At no time was it suggested that the damage was his fault.
