100% sure left my phone in the taxi. Called dispatch 2 mins later after I was dropped off. Dispatcher told me he could not call the taxi driver directly due to comp. policy even though it was time sensitive and pure common sense. Dispatch said loss prevention dept. would contact driver right away. I was informed they will have an update in 30min. Called them back, then they said 1 more hr for an update. Called back again, theysaid the taxi driver did not find my phone. Lost a regular customer.
