This garage puts in used parts i.e. I paid for new rear struts. 3 years later one failed. Never suspecting anything, I replaced the bad strut, but was very unhappy to find proof on the strut that it a) came from a used parts reseller with markings that it came out of a wrecked 2002 model year and b) had a date code showing it was manufactured 2005.
