The gym is nice and clean and and it doesn’t have a bad odour which I’ve noticed in other gyms. They have a good variety of equipment and the staff is also friendly and helpful.

Great facility with a variety of equipment including fitness machines, free weights , and a yoga area. They also have great air circulation, it smells fresh, and everything is clean and sanitized. The gym is also surprisingly big on the inside as compared to how it looks on the outside and even has a high ceiling. I also love that I can get a freshly made protein shake after my workout or a pre-workout beforehand. They also have massage chairs which is a plus! ?
