We were disgusted...

We were disgusted with the rude & obnoxious service we received. The lady was a disgrace to U-Haul. She knew we were coming, yet hid in her office for 10 minutes before closing (1/2 hour early) to avoid having to do a rental. She said she had to leave to an appointment and couldn't. Also charges double for trailer. We came back 25 mins later and the lady was still there and had not gone to an appointment at all. She even went back into her office and shut the door when she saw us!!
