Pentiction Nissan

Took my Titan in for recall work and got it back with a small burn whole in my carpet. Phoned service. Let them know all I wanted was for them to be aware of it as it was quite small. They asked me to email pictures which I did. They said they would get back to me next day. Four days later I emailed them saying I hadn't heard back. It has now been weeks and I have still heard nothing. Why ask for pictures in the first place? I wasn't angry at the beginning but now I am.
