H&R Block

Absolutely poor service. Very tardy in completing our taxes and abysmal in communicating. It took 4 months to complete our taxes and it would probably have taken longer had we not started calling and dropping in at the 2 offices that we were told were doing our taxes (although we live in Parksville and had dropped them off there). We will definitely not be using H&R Block again. This is sad because over the years we have received very good service.
