On April 9th, 2021 I was in the storefront discussing a window order with Woody. This conversation mentioned I wanted to replace 11 windows in my home that qualified for the Greener Homes/ and Fortis grant. I followed up this conversation with emailed window sizes/ types. Since March 2022 I have asked for a correct invoice with the needed information 8x. I have emails saying "I found the windows you ordered with no problem" on the Greener Home list. Now Woody is saying my windows never qualified

we got the Phantom Doors retractable screen doors for our patio french doors...they are awesome quality and KG&M did a great job of installing. I have always been very satisfied with the services provided and definitely recommend them

I have had All My 8 large Windows, upstairs & downstairs. 2 huge patio doors,large front etrance widows & door replaced,in My home. Also in My inlaw suite had 4 big windows & front entrance replaced. And My Parents also had windows replaced,& sliding door repaired. We have to pass on a five star for excellent's the Gentlemen's that did the hard week in Nov-Dec were Amazing! On time friendly, & tidy. The workers & Staff were all amazing. I will & have recommeded this great place!!
