Very prompt service. The technician Todd was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Our main drain was clogged with an excessive amount of grease buildup and needed to be cleared and hydro scrubbed. It was a big job and they had all the proper equipment. They also made time to replace to faucets for me that I had supplied them with. Both technicians wore their masks at all times and were very respectful of social distancing due to COVID.

I had a leak on the valve for the whole house that needed to be replaced and was in a rush. Mr rooter came to my house at 9am as promised. Todd quoted me for the job before he started work. Feels good knowing my main valve is new and no more stress.

Had a leak in my ceiling for a month or so and had another company in to tell me in the the tile issue. After fixing that still experienced the leak...It wasn't untill Todd diagnosed the situation and found the leak from the faucet. Professional plumber and takes pride in the work he does.

My toilet was leaking for a couple days and i needed a solution. After speaking with the lady in the office Todd came to my house. We decided due to the fact of the toilet being so old its better to replace it. Glad i made the call to mr rooter.

Todd came to an emergency when we had a burst water pipe in our ceiling. He fixed it and cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the service and work.

Mr Todd white from Mr Rooters did cmae to fix my bathroom sink leakage this morning, He not only did the necessary fixing but he also did educate me bit about how that we get it into this situation and how other parts worked for future in order to be cautious.. I called Mr.Rooter on the weekend to fix my running toilet. I was skeptical about calling a big name company like Mr.Rooter seeing as there prices would be very high. They had sent me a confirmation email with picture saying Erik was coming to my house to assess the problem. I was very impressed by that. Erik came in, found the problem and provided exceptional service. The prices are a little high but definitely worth it. Thanks Erik!

Had a clogged kitchen sink and I tried three bottles of draino to fix it. After no improvement we called Erik at Mr Rooter and he was very polite and helpful got us up and running in no time Thank you Erik!!!

Great service! We had flood in our basement and had no idea where the water was even coming from. Anthony From Mr. Rooter came by and found we had a burst water line behind one of the walls. Within minutes he had the new line installed and gave us good advice on how to avoid it freezing up again. Highly recommend!

We had a leak from our toilet. I called around & I found Mr. router's price to be very reasonable. They came right away. their workers were very professional & polite. They put down matts & wore booties to protect our flooring. When the job was done the price was exactly as they quoted, there was no hidden fees. They left the bathroom as clean if not cleaner when they were finished. I will highly recommend them to all my family & friends. S johnson

We had water leak...

We had water leaking through our ceiling and needed a plumber right away. We called Mr. Rooter and we set up an appointment and the plumber showed up within the hour. They fixed our problem right away and the service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I don't recommend them

I used them twice and the last time, they screwed up the service. The day they supposed to come and I had someone waiting, no one showed up or called. I had to look for them. I'm still waiting for a copy of the bill they charged my card after many messages
