I have been a regular customer since the spa first opened several years ago in Kamloops. However, with the new name a new philosophy seems to have been adopted. The customer no longer comes first! Now the convenience of the technician dominates. My experience last week will indeed be my last. Sarah did not have time to buff my nails as I was inadvertently two minutes late for my appointment. I felt myself to be a nuisance rather than a valued client. I now have a new spa in my phonebook!

Hello Janice, Thank you so much for your comments. We first want to apologize for your last visit and say we take these comments seriously. We did go through a name change in July and moved away from the Spa Pure franchise but our philosophy has always remained the same - our customer comes first.
