I have had a horrible experience w Precise fighting a ticket through the Collections Dept.They simply "Do Not" read their emails thoroughly. My fiance paid for my parking on her Flowbird phone App because I couldn't get it to work on my phone. I explained this to them and they responded, "we checked your act and you haven't used Flowbird since last march, even though i submitted a paid invoice!!! Re-submited invoice and all info, then they asked for it again. *Smash head on wall!!!... ?
