On Side Restoration

Work was great. No issues with employees or their contractors.

Worst ever

Had some damage in the house and our insurance provider set us up with On Side. By far the worst custom service ever. they showed up the first day, then forgot about us till I contacted them a week later, came back took some equipment out of our house and have not showed up for 2 weeks. Called multiple times and got "yah we will be there tomorrow", they never show up. Last time I called they just hung up on me. All friendly till they get your deductible. don't use them.
