Not cultural misunderstanding. Nova? Awesome for mani pedi? The guy...no I asked for gel french manicure. After 40 years of nails..this was horrendous..these nails look like a 10 year olds painted nails and the process of doing gel nails was nothing like I have ever seen..not Gel nails? What the heck he did. Painted gel on..painted white nail polish for the tips then painted gel over top...omg..horrible.. I now must now pay to remove them and have a professional do them right.

The owner was on her own while doing a pedicure and 2 nails, that was not appealing to watch. Spent most of the time ordering products on speaker phone while performing these 3 tasks so no customer interaction. The male owner came after and did my nails. Sweet man, did a great job and quick!! I will definatley go back however will not get my service done unless I can have full attention to what I am there for.

Bought a gift certificate for my daughters bday for a set of nails. So rude and unprofessional. Then charged her a 10 tip. She laid it because she thought that was the balance owing. Never going back there. And did a very bad nail job. Dont even deserve 1 star!

The reviews are based largely on cultural misunderstandings. I came from an area that was culturally diverse and sometimes adapting to Western manners can be a challenge. Yelling in anger is considered very rude in Vietnamese culture, but making announcements is not. Sit here! Or announcing that this nice person just gave you an extra $10 is like a celebration. As an introvert I also like not having to bare my soul every time I get a gel fill or pedicure.My nails last and look great,so I'm happy

Went for a fill. The lady didn’t do it properly. Could see old nail line under she painted white on tips. Looked nasty. Owner and her aunt talked over me the whole time. Filthy place the I’ve light box was absolutely disgusting. I will be reporting this place about their filthy establishment

Not relaxing; owners not friendly, caring, or engaging. Lady owner more interested in her cell phone than attending to business. When paying, they shout out to other workers how much tip is...very unprofessional business practices.

Don't go here unless you want your hands cut up while they do manicure and to be charged more than advertised. I left with little cuts around each nail and an uneven french manicure that I removed as soon as I was home.

When you have a Mani/pedi it's suppose to be relaxing....don't bother going here. Terrible nails and service, go somewhere else.

I had a great experience! Great prices, massage chairs (thank you!) and easy going environment. Highly recommend. Annie was fantastic btw :D

Great job on my nails! I'm very happy with their service, the nails and the prices and I have been there many times now. They showed my how clean their equipment was because I mentioned the comments online. I have no idea what these people are talking about because this business is very clean. They have a walk-in service but one must wait their turn: this is normal. They are nice people who do a great job: be kind to them!

One person doing 5 manicures, and not friendly at all, will NEVER go back, not to mention doing a bad job on my nails

Completely awful customer service. They yell at u asking what you want I front of all customers getting service. No appointments Just come back in a few hours they say. They all look they just crawled out of bed. No class.

Went there quite awhile ago and forgot why I stopped. Went last weekend and the place was busy but had 5 people working-3 of them were students or p/t. The woman/owner? Was incredibly rude with them and i truly felt sorry for them. The main woman who works there kept using her phone while she was doing my gel nails...rushed thru it and actually boasted how fast she could do them...she did NOT do a good job AT ALL. I did NOT tip. I will NOT be back. Arrogant and Sloppy work and dirty bathroom.

I set up an appt and they got to me an hour later, bucket full of heel skin scrapers, dirty towels, walls.The product line is meh - only one woman working? and it was the worst manicure/pedicure I've ever had - won't go again and do not recommend.

I will never be going there again. I paid for my 4 year old daughter to have a mani. They put so much nail polish that it was impossible to dry. I myself got a full set of gel nails. One hour latter I go back with 2 broken ones. She wouldn't give me my money back. Told me to come back cause she was eating and was extremely rude. I am a single mom. I treated myself, or so I thought. $50 latter, me hands looks worst than when I came in... Quite the treat...

The salon is clean and bright. The staff is very experienced. My nails have never looked so good! Reasonable prices too!
