I asked for an extra scoop of frozen yogurt because I wanted it extra thick... Unbeknownst to me he took fruit and the sorbet out because “it is the way things are done,”. It was no longer frozen it was juice he told me obviously it would be because he had to take out the fruit and the frozen sorbet... I asked him why he would take out ingredients he said because if he adds something he has to take away something.. I drink the same smoothly at every other booster juice no problem..here nightmare
The man that runs it is a nice enough guy, but terrible smoothies. I love booster juice as a company but this particular store is noticeably worse than any other.
Very poor service here most of the time- especially in the afternoon/evening. Employees act like customers are a burden, don't make eye contact, don't smile, and don't listen. On one occasion I wasn't even acknowledged- I was the only customer. The employee had their back turned toward me, looked over their shoulder, and returned to whatever they were doing. I left. It's obvious they do not enjoy their jobs or care about good customer service. The place is very poorly managed.
Just went there door was locked clerk in back, rattled door, she waved and came towards the door and then literally ducked behind the counter and hid. Another customer arrived and the young woman did not reappear. Wasted 40 minute of my day to get a power juice for my sick daughter.
