Optical in Real Canadian Superstore

Poor service, staff stayed in the back area while i waited, no-one came out just peaked around the corner at me so I left.

Don't bother with Click and Collect, the Store and Staff are dishonest (billing me for items that I didn't recieve), rude (ask to see a manager and be made to wait 30 mins or more because they aren't in the building), and argumentative. I am done being screwed by these people. If you do order from them check your recipet and what you recieve item by item and make damn sure you know your substitutions.
