The staff in this store are exceptional, always helpful and friendly to the dogs as well as the owners! They have a wealth of knowledge regarding pets. Bailey loves going into the store for a bath and eagerly waits for her treat. Thanks Ladies for your outstanding customer service!

I have been shopping there since I moved to the Valley and one staff members negative attitude and lack of customer service ruined it. I wanted to simply return an item and get my store credit as I didnt have a receipt (their policy). She originally told me I couldnt but then once I mentioned this she complied. I had every intention of using my credit to buy bedding but she made me feel like such a bother and an incovenience I left, walked the 20min back home and drove to Walmart instead.
