I love Nancys nails the staff is awesome and always enjoy the outcome !

Terrible product and service

They over charged for a fill. Price list says $35 and they charged $45. Nails started breaking within 12 hours of having them done, when I went to get them fixed to be able to finish my work day not in pain I was sent away and told to come back much later. When I got a sitter to come back later I asked for a refund and was refused because I didn't ask for one when I originally left. I will point out I had gone here for years and this has been 3 months of consistent issues. Never again!

Understaffed. The guy had to constantly stop doing my nails to assists incomning customers and phone calls. They were nice people but they really need to hire more staff. I feel like he could have done better if his only focus was on my nails.

Lived here for 4 years now and tried a few different salons. Nancy's is the best so I always keep going back, my nails last forever with no chipping or cracking and they always give me the nice rounded short nails I ask for. The best nail techs in Chilliwack!

I came to Nancy's...

I came to Nancy's Nails for the first time today. This nail salon is the best in my opinion. They are so friendly. I have to say this is my favorite nail salon of all. Amazing service, they are all kind people. Their work is clean and their shop is very nice.

terriblel place all around

worst possible place ever to get any service, we made an appointment and it took over 4 hours to get acrylic nails, they would just keep taking new people in and laving us not even a quarter way done! I asked for the $30 acrylic set and ended up paying $60 for awful service and lies. I kept asking her to make them shorter but she did nothing. The nails look terrible with gaps and they are already coming off! not to mention they are too long so i keep ripping them and it is painful!

WORST SERVICE EVER

I'm not impressed with the service at all! The owner did my nails, she was awful! Her hands were so rough, she took so much cuticle out that I BLED in 3 fingers, so it kept burning every time the nail polish touched them. Then, she keeps yelling at her co-workers in Chinese, even when I was on the phone (no respect at all). Not a pleasant 1 hour. The worst part is that she thinks she is the best. She keeps pointing out all your defaults all throughout as well. And the result, my nails look so unprofessional with leftover nail polish on my fingers. I could have done a much better job. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! If you want good service, go out the salon in Faireview. Trust me, I'm really disappointed, I'm asking for my money back!
