TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Busy branch. Parking lot is usually full. I was paired up with an advisor named Devin. He had a thick Chinese accent which made it hard to understand him. During the appointment, he was unable to locate some forms and needed to leave his office to go ask someone else for help. I left with a headache.

I went into the branch at 1:05pm, a little late for my 1pm appointment with an advisor, Shaun. I was told to have a seat. Shortly after sitting down, I noticed a guy (later I found out that this was Shaun) walking to the back of the branch away from the meeting rooms. At 1:30pm, I asked the reception how much longer I had to wait. The reception told me that Shaun hadn't received notification that I was there and so, believed that I hadn't shown up for my appointment.
