I felt I was treated as a nuisance and their staff was short and rude. They will not accept a paper copy of my resume nor any other method other than a MS Word document (which can be altered by any recipients). In my FIRST questioning of their intent for a Word document, their response didn't answer my question an finished with "this will be my last response on the matter".... My single experience wasn't at all user friendly or people friendly. I will be applying with their competitors.
