10/10 for Skyline Microsystems. I came in with a non-operative Starlink Gen3 at 3:30 in the afternoon unannounced with no appointment. I did not purchase the unit from then, nor have it installed by them. They brought it in, bench tested it, determined that the issue wasn’t the Starlink, but that it was actually the built-in inverter in my F250! I received prompt service for a satellite internet repair and was even squeezed in on a short notice cancellation. Turned out the issue wasn’t with my satellite equipment, but a power bar failure after an power outage. The tech was quick to find the problem and noticed our equipment could use an update. He replaced all the equipment and made some minor repairs to cable ends as well. Very happy with the quick efficient service.

Sorry tried you twice to get a screen repaired on my phone. 1st time I left work early loosing pay so I can get screen replaced. Tech broke tool needed for repair. I can live with that but only had 1 tool?? 2nd time wife took phone but with roads was 10 minutes late getting there and the Tech left. Was told he needed about 30 minutes but was leaving at 4:30. She arrived at 10 to 4?? So just a total waste of our time. Went to Alberta Computers and was fixed in under 1 hr.

Horrible customer service. I had called about providing internet to my office and was told someone will be in touch to come look at installation. Never heard back from anyone, when I had called back the lady who helped me the day before went to Voicemail. Left two voicemail's and neither were returned.
