2 weeks ago I booked an SUV for last Thurs Garth Brooks concert..I told them needed an SUV 5 people..fellow said np suggested 530 pick up..Thurs came w a regular sedan no SUV..I was told by driver 2 contact office..I did was told no SUV's & booking showed no SUV & lady not sumpathetic so asked for 2cabs..was told 1 cab block away 2nd would follow..nothing arrived..called UBER got an SUV 15min.I will never use YC again?
I use the Yellow Cab Prestige DATS contract. In September I sustained injured due to Head Reast dropping forward when adjusting the reclined seat, twice in one week, resultign in a concussion, noone has been able to tell me whether they have filed a claim or if they intend to. Pretty shady behaviour. I intend to file my own claim if I dot hear anything from them by Friday. Image below is what the head rest looks like after adjusting reclined seat
