After an extraction done poorly I ended up in emergency oral surgery. My file showed 3 red flags which were totally ignored. I am 68 years old, diabetic and have rheumatoid arthritis . It was May when the surgery was done and starting that weekend I had dry socket, went back and then kept going back with infection. By July I was in agony and saw his associate dentist, he was surprised and immediately called oral surgery. I went and the surgeon was surprised at my condition and did the surgery.
