Having worked directly with the owner I can say him and his leadership team truly want to innovate and build a company that provides the experience for its clients and its employees. Clients - The company constantly works to improve communication and fix issues fast for clients. They don't shy away from investing in tools or technology to facilitate this. They have many processes in place

This company sends inexperienced apprentices for service/install work, which is frequently done wrong, and they charge journeyman rates regardless.
