We recently dealt with Craftsman Floors in Edmonton to replace some of the oak hardwood in our 1950s bungalow. Upon their recommendation, we purchased red oak floors to match with the original hardwood. The owner ensured us that every 1950s home in Edmonton would have red oak. We spent time laying the new floors in, and only when we went to sand the floors did we realize there was no match to the preexisting floors. We contacted Craftsman Floors for advice and our requests went unanswered.
