I am outraged by my experience at Steve Madden. I had gone into the store for the perforated slip on black leather sneakers. I have large feet, and these shoes fit small. I am normally a 9 1/2, but needed too size up to an 11. In Steve Madden, the employee said my feet are too large and the company rarely if ever makes shoes bigger than a 10. I felt alienated and hurt. I then went to Nordstom, whos Steve Madden line carried the sneakers in a size 11 and said they even get sizes as large as a 13
