had a guy come to pick up my car, was quoted 300, the driver said there was no cat. when I got under it, the cat was there. when I told the driver the cat was there, he called me an idiot and that he was a mechanic and knew better, then just left when I said I wouldn't do 100. I called the office to tell them and the manager told me "that's fine, he can do what he wants." between this and my last experience, I firmly think these guys are nothing but a bunch of scam artists and should be shut dow

Do not use this clown he is a compulsive lierer tell you one price on the phone then chargers almost double

Excellent service, honest and cheap.

They said it would be $100 due to the weather conditions and being backed up. I understood that. Called on a Monday, said they would call us back the next day with a time. No call, so I called about 11AM, they said it would be about 6PM. No call so I called at 7PM, they said an hour. I called at 9PM and the phone was turned off. Called the next day, they blocked my call. Never heard from them again. Even in busy times customer service is KEY. None here, whatsoever

There's no other way to describe a horrible experience

I called for tow from the at about 7:00pm on a Thursday,said 1 hour. 10:22pm not delivered. Had to leave the car with them at their yard till the next day on a $27 charge cos there was no access to the parking spot at that time of the night. I called them the next day a few mins after 2pm with no response, so I texted requesting for a rescheduled delivery btw 5:30pm & 6:00pm. It's almost 7pm & still not delivered. They don't have an address on website. No star rating

Worthless company, awful customer service.

Called for a tow from Cochrane to Calgary. Said an hour and a half to two hours. After two hours and fifteen minutes I called back and they wouldn't even let me talk just said driver was on the way and hung up. Fifteen minutes after that I get a call and they say they double booked the same driver so he's in Ogden and would be out in an hour. They never showed up! Worthless company who deserve their awful reviews. Do Not Use!!

Called in the morning to get a tow. Found out 4 hours later our vehicle had not been picked up. When we called to find out, we were told the driver couldn't find it. So either the dispatcher messed up, or the driver. Our vehicle was on a main road, in plain site! Not only that, but we were then told it would not be picked up until the evening, due to other calls now ahead of us! NO ONE called us to say they couldn't find it. We called THEM! Terrible service. They should right their wrong. TERRIB

Call these guys if you want to wait three hours. Originally was supposed to wait an hour to and hour and a half, then only after calling back to check they told us that it would take another half hour. After again waiting and calling again they told us it would be another 45 minutes. It was a whole hour before the guy arrived so we waited 3 hours in total
