Good luck if you need to speak to an Accounts Officer in short order as their telephone and email support is slow and unresponsive. But the true reason for the 1 star rating are the excessive fees. Whether you have $1000 or $100,000 in your RSP the fees remain the same and high! Olympia will tell you that they are industry average! My response is do your research and hope you never have to withdraw, close or transfer funds. Warning! Don't trust their on-line fee schedule! Call and Confirm!
