Creative Nail

While the salon does a good job on nails, they do a terrible job on customer service. I've been there 6-8 times. They never acknowledge people when they walk through the door. They don't even ask if you have an appointment or not. One time I waited 30 minutes for them to acknowledge me (and I had an appointment) and then they dumped me in a chair for another half hour before they started my pedicure. There are salons on every street in the city. I'll go where my business is valued from now on.

Reasonably priced and very experienced! Would highly recommend to everyone! I would also recommend booking an appointment, because sometimes as a walk in if it's really busy, you'll be waiting for a while.

Waste of my time....

Waste of my time. I booked an appointment for waxing and 20 minutes after my booked time I decided to leave because they still weren't ready. There is no point in booking an appointment when they aren't ready when you go in. Who knows how much longer it would have taken until they were ready, but after waiting 20 minutes, I didn't have more time to wait around and see.

I have been going here for many years. I've had varying services - mani's, pedi's, gels, arcylic, shelac, waxing etc. Always great service. They are busy for a reason. Good prices and a great job done.
