The staff there are amazing and I did a road test, and although I didn't pass the instructor was polite and kind and informative. I will rebook with them for sure!

I came to get a road test and the examiner was very rude and had a very bad attitude. It was a terrible experience.

Really worst place to go there they are not even helpful ...everybody knows now a these days every thing is digital don’t get any paper statement so went to bank got the address changed the bank even stamped and verified that address has been changed but they told me I have to provide them the mail from Canada post.it’s not a joke everybody’s life is so busy May be they don’t have enough job to do that’s why they are trying to give us a hard time.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I went in to register my vehicle earlier this week and had to come back. When I arrived today my car had been magically marked as a leased vehicle even thought it had been paid off completely in 2011. Never have I had a problem until today and was forced to pay an extra $21 for this very rude lady to do a 30 second search that showed her that indeed it wasn’t a leased vehicle, then she was rude the entire time and threw the papers down. AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!

Their was a man not wearing a mask, so I reminded him it’s mandatory to wear a mask, which in turn he said “ don’t tell me what to do” the employees heard him and did not say anything and did not even attempt to enforce the bylaw. Very disappointed that they did not care if he was jeopardizing everyone there.

THe staff is a bit rude, long lineups, and slow service. I have since taken my business elseware.

Worst experience with this registry. Extremely rude staff and worst customer services. would not recommend it to any one.

pretty slacky staff never a smile on there face no proper instructions and the exam is all mind game nothing is from the book like one of the people suggested please use other registry to pass

The staff is kind of rude.There is never a smile on their face.I had few driving tests there and the instructors FAILED me all the time!at the end of the test,they say you were close to passing and you did really well!if I did well,why are u not passing me!I use this merchant quiet often`cos it is almost next to my house,however I always come out of their office,thinking`I am never going in again`Please if use another registry for driving tests,here you r sure to loose money n they failufor sure
