Staff are very helpful and friendly. Dr Balen is approachable just a good doctor in general

Reception staff very rude and abrupt. They will not fix anything that was not purchased at their clinic. It costs 30$ to have a screw tightened if it’s not their frames. They won’t put lenses in my own frames. Only in frames you have to purchase from them.
