I have used Air Conditioning Experts for various things over the past 25 years and have to say I am many years late in posting this review as this is not my normal practice.
Obviously, I have always been pleased with the service & pricing as I am still using this company. I have had a/c systems, no heat calls and recently, I have had an oil furnace removed, replaced with a high efficiency gas furnace.
I am very happy to recommend this company as the technicians are great, courteous & on time

I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief. I have been using services plus since 2014 and they have been always excellent. The receptionists are always courteous and prompt to return my calls. The technicians were always on time or even earlier, and they take the time to answer my questions and explain the results of the furnace and AC tune up. Services Plus replaced my furnace and did an excellent job at selecting the right furnace for my house. Highly recommend!

hanleys plumbing is great company. rob has bailed me out of some very difficult situations at an extremely reasonable price and under some very trying circumstances. He wasted half a day of work returning a pump, that through no fault of his didnt work. So on this job he went and bought the pump, installed it, it worked for one week. he came back, took it out went back to the store where they gave him the runaround for a few hours. he finally got a new one and installed it. No charge!!

I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again
